Students will not be admitted into any classroom until 8:00 A.M.  Any students arriving before that time must report to the school cafeteria and be under the direction of a teacher or a adult supervisor who will dismiss them at 8:00 for class.  No student will be admitted into the building before 7:45 A.M. We are not responsible for students on the school grounds before 7:45 A.M.

  The actual school day begins at 8:15 A.M. and continues until 3:00 P.M.  Monday through Friday.  Students staying for any time after 3:15 P.M. are to remain in a designated area or in the Preschool (and remain in dress code) until they leave the school grounds.  The extended care program is available through our Preschool for kindergarten and elementary students who must remain for a longer time after regular school hours.

  Supervision of students on school property is provided 15 minutes before classes and 15 minutes after school is dismissed.  During this time it is understood that a child is the responsibility of Southside Christian School, and as such, we retain the authority to exercise supervisory and disciplinary measures.
